Safer spaces for all

Our goal is to provide spaces where LGBTQIA+ people can freely and safely express themselves, free from judgement or harm, by implementing specific safety categories.

We recognise that safety is subjective and that everyone's experience of safety will be different, the intention behind creating these safer spaces is to protect those who have experienced physical, emotional and social exclusion.

Please read the class descriptions before booking to ensure you are attending a suitable class for your lived experience.


  1. FOUNDATION: for people who are new to this specific class or type of exercise, or anybody wanting to move at a slower pace.

  2. EVERY BODY: suitable for most levels, though please contact clubs directly for accessibility details.

  3. STRONG: experience necessary, of this specific class or type of activity.


  • ALL QUEERS: If you identify as LGBTQIA+, you are welcome here.

  • ALL TRANS: For all trans people.

  • FLINTA: For anyone identifying as Femme, Lesbian, Intersex, Trans and Agender.

  • QTIPOC/Global Majority: For Queer Trans Intersex People of Colour and Global Majority.

  • TRANSFEM: For transfeminine or non-binary people.

  • TRANS MASC: For transmasculine or non-binary people.
